Not entirely sure how to form this into a concrete rule, but I liked the increased flexibility from IR this season. Depending on how the NFL approaches IR changes (sounds like there was some fans of the 3 weeks thing they did), maybe incorporate some more IR flexibility going forward.

In most of my leagues I've changed it to you can only put a player on IR if they are real life IR eligible but you can take them off at any point, as many times as you want. I'm open to that if others are.

Floating in case people are interested:
- Scrapping the CB spot? Given we never got scrapping kickers over the line this probably isn't going to grab people but I'd rather have... - Add a DT required spot (could be combined in the vote as "replace CB with DT required") - would need a time lag since it shifts the value of certain players a lot, but like the idea of giving more DTs relevancy - Scrap the +3% FA salary increase for personnel genius - nice idea, but I doubt anyone remembers to put it in place and the only "good" title award that comes with a penalty

- I’d like to keep the CB spot, but I’d be up for designating one DL spot as DT. - I agree that personnel genius shouldn’t come with a negative effect. - To better mirror the NFL, I propose we add a Team Offensive Line spot. MFL allows you the ability to add Team Offence for all 32 teams. This would be used to score the O-line. I can dig out the exact scoring formula we used for this in a previous league I was a part of (which was very successful), but essentially it rewards yards gained and scoring, while penalizing an OL for sacks against. In basic form, the highest scoring teams are the most coveted, but there’s a bit more that goes into it than that - leaky O-lines will bring you down, crap QBs mean you should avoid that Team OL.

This one is pretty simple, proposing that safeties should be worth more.
In terms of game impact, tackling a rb behind the line is more impactfull than a sack, but counts for less.

- Agree on making DT required (suggest we need at least 1 if not 2 year lead time on this)
- I didn't even realise personnel genius had a -ve impact, I assumed it was +ve lol
- Would like to see kickers go or at least have their scoring reduced.

Please get rid of kickers!!! Like the idea of bring DT into relevance There is enough randomness in fantasy football without kickers and their stupid variance + high scores.

Well if kickers are on the chopping block, then CB's should be there too. At least kicker scoring is related to how good they are.

At least kicker scoring is related to how good they are. Kickers don't even get pro-bowl votes in this league! I'm not the biggest fan of CBs but maybe we can try and fix the scoring system.
